2. Personal data we collect

We will collect Personal Data from you in the following circumstances:

When you place an order; we will collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, payment information, such as your credit card or Klarna account information, , communications and correspondence sent to and from your email, information about purchasing habits and preferences and order histories.

When you contact us regarding products or orders, or for customer support or other customer service purposes; we may collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, and any communications from you to us.

Automatically collected information; We receive and store certain types of information through technology whenever you interact with us, some which may contain personal data such as cookies, pixel tags and Information collected by our servers. 3. Purpose and use of personal data

We use your Personal Data, including your Content, for the following purposes:

To provide you with the services and to evaluate, modify and enhance the services
To enable you to process and fulfill your Order
To process your payment, facilitate billing and issue invoices, as applicable
To communicate with you and to respond to your requests
To provide you with customer service and support
To help keep our website safe and secure and to improve the website.

We use automatic information to administer the website and track user activities on the website. We will create anonymous data records from personal data by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We use such anonymous data records to analyse request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of the services and improve website navigation.

4. How we share your personal data

We disclose your personal data as described below. No personal data provided by you or that we may obtain automatically by your use of the website, is not and will not be sold, rented, or shared by us with any third party without your prior consent.

We use various subcontractors, or service providers, often referred to as data processors for delivery, collection, storage, and information handling. These suppliers process data on our behalf, according to the data processor and the instructions they receive from us. Everything in accordance with European and Norwegian personal law.

To carry out payment transactions, we use Klarna and Stripe. All card transactions and payment information from payment cards, Visa and Mastercard are encrypted through Klarna and Stripe. Neither we nor anyone else can read the credit card number, name, or address when payment transactions are carried out in the online store. To fulfil your order and send you your products, we share your personal data with Gelato which handles the production and logistic process. To fulfil your print order in the most environmentally friendly way, Gelato let the printer closest to the address of delivery print your products. This may mean a transfer of your personal data out of EU. Gelato will also share personal data with shipping companies (e.g. DHL, FedEx, RoyalMail etc). Third party service providers acting on Gelato’s behalf are only provided with such personal data reasonably required to provide the service for which they are retained. Gelato’s third-party service providers are obligated to keep all of your personal data confidential and to collect, use and disclose your personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the services on our behalf. To send you offers, news and information about our products, we collect your email address and use Mailchimp for sending. To give you the best shopping experience in the online store and an inspiring customer journey on our websites, we use Maksimer to adapt our pages and WooCommerce as a trading platform. When you agree, by entering your email address and ticking the box for “Send me newsletter” you agree that we send you information about new products and offers and that we use your email address to do this. Changing, Transferring or Deleting Your Personal Data

You may access, review, update, correct or delete the personal data in your account either by using the account buttons or by contacting us directly using the contact information provided below. If you completely delete all of your personal data, then your account will become deactivated. If you rather want us to delete your data, please contact us and we will fulfil your request.

Please note that some of our providers of payments and logistics process personal data collected through our site or IT system upon purchase are independently responsible for their processing.
