What is a Born Supporter birth poster?
Born Supporter offers a series of unique posters where we scale the illustrations to your child’s actual birth length on a 1:1 scale. The posters are printed on 210 g high-quality fine art paper, which makes the posters long-lasting and exclusive. All Born Supporter posters are official merchandises.
How does it work?
Choose a poster design and enter the child’s birth data such as name, length and weight and date. The illustration is scaled to the same length as birth length specified birth length. The child’s birth data is printed at the bottom of the poster, and the club logo of your favourite club is placed in the top left corner. You can also mirror the illustrations if you want two posters to face each other. When you customize your poster, you always get a “live” preview of your poster.
My child is no longer a newborn, can I still make a poster?
Yes, our posters are designed for children of all ages.
I don’t have my child’s birth length, can I still make a poster?
Yes, you can still create your poster by clicking “Don’t show length” when you choose birth length. Please note that the illustration will not be on a 1:1 scale, and that the text “Scale 1:1” will therefore be removed from the poster. You can fill in all the other birth data and get a great poster!
How much does shipping cost and how long is the delivery time?
We offer free shipping worldwide.
Estimated delivery time with free shipping is 5-8 working days after we have received your order.
Estimated delivery time with express shipping is 1-4 working days after we have received your order.
What payment solutions do you offer?
Payment on Born Supporter takes place in a safe and secure way, as our payment solutions are handled by Klarna og Stripe, depending on where you are in the world.
Does the poster come with a frame?
Frame is not included when you order a poster but can be purchased separately. You can view our selection of frames here or add a frame when personalising your design.
All our posters are adapted to a standard frame size of 50 cm x 70 cm so you can find a suitable frame in most shop that sell frames.
Our frames meet a good standard, and we make it easy for you by sending the frames to your home, free of shipping costs.
Can I change the poster’s design and information after I have ordered the poster?
No, to ensure fast delivery, we design and produce your poster shortly after ordering. Therefore, make sure that all information is correct before you order. If you are unfortunate and make a mistake, please contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop your order.
How do I buy a gift card, and how do I pay with a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased on the gift card page. The gift card is digital, and the value code is sent to you by e-mail as soon as you have completed your purchase. It can be used on all our products in the webstore, and you choose the amount on the gift card yourself. The validity period is two years from the date of order, or until the value is used up. Gift cards cannot be purchased using a discount code or as part of an offer or promotion.
When paying with a gift card, click on “Enter value code/discount code” in the checkout. A text field will then open where you enter the value code you find on the gift card. The value of the gift card is then deducted from the total amount in the shopping basket.
What is your return policy?
Born Supporter offers you the right to return your product within 14 days after receiving your order. Products shall be returned unused and exactly as received.
We don’t allow returns or exchanges on custom made orders, or other items that were personalised for you.
What do I do if the product is damaged?
Although we strive for perfection, errors or damage can sometimes occur during production or transport. All complaints must be made within 30 days from the day you received the products.
Complaints should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. For quick and efficient processing, please state the order number, describe what is damaged or wrong and attach photos showing the damage.
The right to complain applies to errors and damages for which Born Supporter is responsible and does not apply if the error is due to you having provided incorrect information, such as name, length of birth, weight, date or time during the order.
What relationship do you have with the clubs?
Born Supporter is an independent company that has developed the idea, concept, and design, and is responsible for marketing, producing and shipping the products to our customers. On of our founders, Claus Lundekvam, has built up a wide network through his long career in English football, and we work closely with the clubs. Born Supporter has agreements with all the clubs represented in our online store, and all our posters are produced under license from the clubs and are official merchandises.
